    Indications: Indicated in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of adults and adolescents (aged 12 years and older with body weight at least 35 kg) infected with Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1).
    Posology and method of administration: Tenofovir alafenamide fumarate/Emtricitabine Tablets 25 mg/200 mg once daily. The third agent in the HIV treatment regimen should be dolutegravir, efavirenz, maraviroc, nevirapine, rilpivirine or raltegravir.

    Generic name: Fixed-dose combination tablet containing Darunavir/Ritonavir 400mg/50mg

    Abbreviated prescribed information:
    Therapeutic indications: It is indicated for the treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV-1) infection in treatment-experienced adults and adolescents having body weight of at least 40kg.
    Dosage and administration: The recommended dose regimen is Darunavir 800 mg once daily with ritonavir 100 mg once daily taken with food. Darunavir/Ritonavir (400mg / 50mg) FDC tablets (two tablets) can be used to construct the once-daily regimen. Patients should be instructed to take Darunavir /Ritonavir FDC within 30 minutes after completion of a meal. The type of food does not affect the exposure to Darunavir or Ritonavir.

    Composition: Each film-coated tablet contains: Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate IP 300 mg, Emtricitabine IP 200 mg, Efavirenz IP 600 mg. Therapeutic indications: The fixed-dose combination is indicated for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) infection in adults.
    Posology and method of administration:  The recommended dose of the fixed-dose combination is one tablet taken orally once daily. If a patient misses a dose of the fixed-dose combination within 12 hours of the time it is usually taken, the patient should take the fixed-dose combination as soon as possible and resume their normal dosing schedule. If a patient misses a dose of the fixed-dose combination by more than 12 hours and it is almost time for their next dose, the patient should not take the missed dose and simply resume the usual dosing schedule. If the patient vomits within 1 hour of taking the fixed-dose combination, another tablet should be taken. If the patient vomits more than 1 hour after taking the fixed-dose combination they do not need to take another dose. It is recommended that the fixed-dose combination be taken on an empty stomach since food may increase Efavirenz exposure and may lead to an increase in the frequency of adverse reactions. In order to improve the tolerability to efavirenz with respect to undesirable effects on the nervous system, bedtime dosing is recommended

    Abbreviated prescribed information:
    Therapeutic indications: The fixed-dose combination Tenofovir /Lamivudine /Efavirenz) is indicated in combination with other antiretroviral medicinal products for the treatment of HIV-1 infected adults over 18 years of age.
    Posology and method of administration: The recommended dose of the fixed-dose combination is one tablet once daily taken orally on an empty stomach. It is recommended that Efavirenz be taken on an empty stomach. In order to improve the tolerability of nervous system undesirable effects, bedtime dosing is recommended.
    Elderly: No data are available on which to make a dose recommendation for patients over the age of 65 years.

    Brand Name: DeltybaTM
    Generic name:Delamanid 50 mg

    Abbreviated prescribed information:
    Therapeutic indication: DeltybaTM is indicated for use as part of an appropriate combination regimen for pulmonary multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) in adult patients when an effective treatment regimen cannot otherwise be composed for reasons of resistance or tolerability.
    Dosage and administration: Treatment with delamanid should be initiated and monitored by a physician experienced in the management of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Delamanid must always be administered as part of an appropriate combination regimen for the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Treatment with an appropriate combination regimen should continue after completion of the 24-week delamanid treatment period according to WHO guidelines. It is recommended that delamanid is administered by directly observed therapy (DOT). The recommended dose for adults is 100 mg twice daily for 24 weeks.
